George Zarpalas is a Director and Shareholder of Outlook Tax & Accounting Solutions Pty Ltd and is responsible for Outlook’s Business Advisory and Taxation division in Melbourne. He joined the organisation in 2003 after spending the majority of his career at accounting giants Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
George is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy which was completed at RMIT University in Melbourne.
George has extensive experience with over 15 years in the accounting profession and provides taxation advice to a wide variety of high net worth individuals and family groups and consults to business in the medical, legal, transport, construction, manufacturing and telecommunication industries.
George specialises in the area of Taxation Law including Capital Gains Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Corporate Taxation, Trust Law, Fringe Benefits Tax and Superannuation and is considered an expert in business structuring and business coaching.
