Amanda Castricum , Senior Manager

Amanda commenced her professional career with OTAS in the Business Services Division as a Junior Accountant, some 10 years ago. Obtaining her Bachelor of Commerce degree from La Trobe University, Amanda progressed to the Position of Senior Manager of Business Advisory and Taxation Solutions, earning the Chartered Accountant designation along the way.

Amanda manages a diverse portfolio of Business Services Clients within varying industries and having built strong relationships with her clients, provides extensive expertise in supporting and advising them in the day to day running of their businesses, encompassing MYOB accounting software support. In addition, she manages a team of accountants and administration staff, leading and training them on their own professional pathways.

Glenn Hampton, SMSF Manager

Glenn Hampton has worked with Outlook for 5 years, where he has developed from a senior accountant role to SMSF Client Manager.  As a CPA qualified accountant with more than 8 years experience in SMSF’s, Glenn plays an integral role in the continued growth of Outlook’s SMSF solution. Glenn is also an accredited SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA™) under the SMSF Professionals Association of Australia.  The SSA designation is recognised as the highest level of qualification within the Self Managed Super Fund sector.  Glenn has invested a significant amount of time in understanding the 'Simplification of Superannuation' reforms and their application to Outlook’s SMSF clients.

Richard Russell, Senior Manager

Richard is responsible for approximately 1,700 individual tax clients by providing personal tax return and Business Activity Statement preparation and  lodgement  services, technical support and taxation advice tailored to your needs.  Common issues encountered include rental properties, managed fund, capital gains, residency determination and sole trading business income. 

 

Richard is a Chartered Accountant with more than 18 years experience in the industry, 8 have been with Outlook.  One of Richard’s specialty areas of advice is employee share and option plans.

Karyn Raits , Finance Manager

Karyn has worked within the Outlook group of companies since 2001, originally managing the financial, management and ASX stock exchange requirements of the Snowball/Outlook publicly listed group of companies; and more recently the operations of the SMSF solutions division. Karyn is currently responsible for managing the finance division of Outlook Tax and Accounting Solutions. 

 

Karyn is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree from Swinburne University of Technology. Karyn has over 20 years experience in both public practice and commerce; specifically financial and management reporting, company law and corporate taxation.
