Snowball Group Limited (Snowball) is a specialist financial services company, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Snowball's focus is on providing integrated financial planning, superannuation, investment, insurance, estate planning and accounting services to its clients in an efficient and cost effective way.

Outlook Financial Solutions Pty Ltd (Outlook), Western Pacific Financial Group Pty Ltd (Western Pacific) and Outlook Tax & Accounting Solutions Pty Ltd (OTAS) are subsidiaries of Snowball.

While Western Pacific and Outlook provide financial planning, investment and related services, tax and accounting advice is provided by OTAS. Western Pacific and Outlook run as separate distribution businesses but are highly complementary on a number of measures; including geographic reach, target customer base and investment philosophy. These differences deliver valuable diversification benefits in the form of multiple sales and revenue drivers and new opportunities for inorganic growth. Both businesses, share successful track records and common core values.

Western Pacific comprises of practices which are owned and operated by the respective principals. Overall, Western Pacific has approximately $2 billion of funds under advice, and specialises in financial services for individuals seeking pre-retirement and retirement advice.

Outlook employs salaried financial planners and has approximately $2.25 billion of funds under advice. 3 joint venture companies also operate under the Outlook Financial Solutions License. These are:

• Big Sky Financial Solutions Pty Ltd. (BSFS) – a joint venture with Big Sky Credit Union (Big Sky). Big Sky members include employees of BHP-Billiton and BlueScope companies as well as members of previously merged BP and RACV credit unions. BSFS provides financial education, advice and wealth management services to Big Sky’s 27,500 members, employees of the various host companies, along with the communities in which Big Sky operates complementing the range of banking services they currently receive from Big Sky.
• QTCU FP – a joint venture with Queensland Teachers’ Credit Union servicing the education sector in Queensland
• Souls Financial Solutions – Souls Financial Solutions is a joint venture between Washington H Soul Pattinson & Company Limited (WHSP) and Snowball.

Outlook also houses our specialist accounting, tax and self-managed super business, Outlook Tax & Accounting Solutions. These financial planners and accountants provide their services to a broad range of customers (including "accumulators"), with a specialisation in providing advice to individuals via their connection with an employer, credit union or superannuation fund.

Snowball also has a well established telephone advice capability, enhancing our ability to service "accumulators" and members or employees of our affinity partners such as corporates, credit unions and industry funds.
