The Outlook business provides a complete financial solution for our clients in providing tax & accounting, self managed super, financial planning, mortgage, insurance and estate planning. Our staff are fully qualified professionals across both the accounting and financial planning profession, and also have further specialisation within areas including self managed superannuation and lending.
Our success is built on forging highly personal relationships with our clients. Ownership
Outlook Tax & Accounting Solutions Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Duncan Dovico Holdings Pty Ltd. This company was established in July 2008 between Outlook Tax & Accounting Solutions Pty Ltd and Duncan Dovico Pty Ltd, to provide a specialised accounting business with capability within Victoria and NSW across business advisory, tax and compliance, audit and self managed super funds. The combined business gives us significant efficiencies of scale, however our focus still remains on understanding and assisting individuals, families and businesses with providing personalised tax, accounting and financial solutions.
Duncan Dovico Holdings Pty Ltd is owned by nine shareholders, eight of which are active accountants within the combined businesses operating in Melbourne, Heidelberg and Sydney. In addition, listed financial services company, Snowball Group Limited is a shareholder and active business partner of Duncan Dovico Holdings Pty Ltd. With a listed company as shareholder, Snowball provides a corporate approach and
focus on providing integrated financial solutions in an efficient and cost effective way.
This
means greater emphasis on client outcomes and ultimately greater client satisfaction.
The Outlook Tax & Accounting Solutions business also incorporates Yarra Group, which was acquired in June 2008 and has offices in Heidelberg and Diamond Creek.

Outlook Tax & Accounting Solutions has been developed with specialist business divisions that enable you to seek high quality advice from accountants who are considered 'experts' within the field. Just as you would go to see a surgeon or specialist physician for certain conditions or ailments, rather than a general practitioner, we too believe the need to seek expert opinion on what is a highly complex tax and legislative framework.
