SMSF Client Manager
A key part of becoming an SMSF client with Outlook Financial Solutions is that you have readily available access to a high quality professional that is acutely aware of your individual situation.
All of our clients (Trustees) are appointed with an SMSF Client Manager (SCM) who is actively involved in the day-to-day management of the fund’s administration and compliance obligations. The SCM works closely with you (and alongside your Financial Adviser) and is well supported by a quality team of superannuation professionals to ensure that all your continuing compliance obligations as Trustees are met.
The SMSF Client Manager is given the responsibility to manage the day to day operational aspects of your Self Managed Super Fund. They will be your first point of contact for any regulatory queries and transactions regarding your fund. It will be the responsibility of the SCM to ensure that you as Trustee remain compliant with respect to the fund’s regulatory obligations (lodgement of annual returns, activity statements, etc). This includes:

Preparation of annual fund compliance obligations (financial statements, annual returns, members statements);

Information regarding existing income streams (i.e. ongoing pension payments, PAYG withholding requirements)

Other administrative requirements including PAYG instalments, PAYG withholding, and various other ATO correspondence
