Trust deed review and confirmation of appropriate provisions within fund's governing rules to pay the income

stream, member requests, trustee minutes, Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), calculation of statutory pension limits and tax-free proportion.

Please note where a fund member commences a pension prior to age 60, an additional fee of $110 will apply to cover fund registration for PAYG Withholding, preparation and lodgement of TFN declaration and calculation of necessary PAYG withholding on the pension.

rollback or commutation of the income stream, calculation of minimum pension levels taken prior to rollback/commutation, completed Rollover Benefits Statement (RBS) or PAYG Payment Summary – Lump Sum

(as applicable), member requests, trustee minutes, Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), calculation of statutory pension limits and tax-free proportion.

Market Linked Pension, adopting account based pension rules for an allocated pension, etc.
